Return Policy

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want you to love your Star Magnetic Brooch as much as we do. Our pieces are crafted from hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, waterproof materials—made to last and to look beautiful for years. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

1. Returns Window

  • 14 days for change-of-mind returns
  • 30 days for faulty or damaged items

2. Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging for change-of-mind returns.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your brooch arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
  • We’ll replace, repair, or refund your brooch—including return postage costs for faulty goods.
  • Note: The two complimentary spare magnets included with your brooch are not covered under the faulty or damaged goods policy.

4. Change of Mind

  • You’re welcome to return your brooch if you change your mind, but return postage will be at your cost.
  • Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised pieces.
  • Items showing wear, damage from misuse, or alteration.

6. Easy Returns Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address (or prepaid label for faulty goods).
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

7. International Orders

  • Same policy applies, but change-of-mind return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  • Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
